1. Entry to the Intel ”In a Solid State of Mind Harley Challenge” promotion (from herewith referred to as ”Promotion‟ or ”the Promotion‟) implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

2. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over. Entrants must not be employed by Intel Corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this Promotion. Void where prohibited. This activity is open to residents of Sweden only. All national and local laws and regulations apply. The Promotion is governed by the law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

3. This is a game of skills. No purchase is necessary.

4. How to enter:

The challenge is open to the public. Register online at www.rakaka.se/ inasolidstateofmind between February 6th, 17.00CET and February 20th 23.59 CET by submitting the following information:

i. Write a motivation why you are a worthy winner of an Intel SSD 520. ii. Your name or alias. iii. An e-mail address where we can reach you.

A jury will select ten (10) entries with the best motivation to why they should be the winner, who will be invited to the Final. The jury consists of Harley Örvall, Anna Hermansson (Intel Sweden) and Hans Weinzierl (Intel Sweden). The finalists are informed by e-mail on February 27th and on www.rakaka.se. Participants accept that if they win, their names will be announced publicly.

The final takes place on March 20th 20.00hrs CET on www.rakaka.se. Finalists who cannot participate this given date and time will automatically be disqualified.

If Intel is unable for any reason to contact a finalist, Intel may select at random an alternate finalist.

All finalists get to play a one-to-one Counter Strike v 1.6 match against Harley Örvall for 520 seconds. The three participants with most “kills” on Harley Örvall, will receive one of following prizes:

First prize: 1 Intel SSD 520, 480 GB, at an approx value of 9 299 SEK incl. VAT Second prize: 1 Intel SSD 520, 240 GB, at an approx value of 4 599 SEK incl. VAT Third prize: 1 Intel SSD 520, 120 GB, at an approx value of 1 999 SEK incl. VAT

If Intel is unable for any reason to contact a winner regarding the prize, Intel may select at random an alternate winner.

The prizes only apply to the Intel ”In a Solid State of Mind Harley Challenge” promotion. Prizes are not transferable and cash alternatives will not be available. Prizes will be

distributed by regular post.

5. Use of data: The data of the participants will only be used for the sole purpose of selection, notification and the fulfillment of the Promotion and will be deleted afterwards.

6. Participants can register one entry only to the promotion. Intel Corporation cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, or due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Any entries found to be duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant being excluded from the Promotion.

7. Intel may disqualify any individual who: • breaches these terms and conditions; • breaches any terms of conduct of using on-line services and/or playing on-line games; • tampers with the entry process by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices; • abuses, threatens or harasses other entrants; • attempts to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers; • uses and communicates exploits to gain unfair advantage in the Promotion; • interferes with the ability of others to enjoy playing the game.

8. Entrants agree that Intel Corporation, its parent or subsidiaries advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Promotion.

9. Intel Corporation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.

10. The judge is Intel Corporation and its decision will be final and legally binding. Final prizes are to be defined at Intel Corporation’s sole discretion. Intel Corporation will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the Promotion.

11. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Intel Corporation and any other Intel subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this Promotion.

12. The duration of the Intel ”In a Solid State of Mind Harley Challenge” promotion is from February 6th, 17.00 CET to February 20th 23.59 CET. Entries must be received prior to 23:59h CET, February 20th. Subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified. Winners will be announced on www.rakaka.se/inasolidstateofmind on the 16th of February 2012.

13. Entries become the property of Intel Corporation and will not be returned.

14. Intel is not responsible for the products and services which are provided within this competition. Intel will not pay costs for the repair of products.

15. Organizer of this competition is Intel Sweden AB, Knarrarnäsgatan 15, 164 40 Kista, Sweden.
